The Seasonmaster Aluna Bifold system offers a versatile, slimline system for single doors, French doors and bifolding doors and windows

All Seasonmaster Aluna bifold sashes are available in 2 profile designs: square and textured square*. Choose square for a classic look or textured square for a more contemporary alternative.
*textured square only available in 7016 anthracite grey

The Seasonmaster Aluna bifold system has been designed to be quick and easy to manufacture and install and offers an optional adjustable jamb feature for maximum adjustability of +/- 4mm either side during installation and is easily adjustable at a later date with an allen key.

Use fully glazed to let in the light or with satin glass for more privacy. Add aluminium panels for entrance door applications.

Alunet French Doors — FRENCH DOORS
For when both internal and external access is required, such as a back door. Add astragal bars to achieve the popular heritage look.

Profile Options

Unique Universal Lock Keep

Designed exclusively for us by experienced product developers, with the fabricator in mind. It is suitable for both left and right hand sides of the doors, making it easier to order, stock and fabricate! It takes away the headache of having to stock both left-hand and right-hand lock keeps and alleviates the potential for error at the fabrication stage.

It can be easily adjusted with an allen key. There's a reduced number of just one type of screw needed, and plastic alignment packers for ease of fitting. The wider faceplate gives increased strength, with diecast back boxes for hooks and centre deadbolt. The reduced hook box depth means no conflict with the intermediate lock configuration.

Door Restrictor

New to the Seasonmaster Aluna bifold range is our 90 degree door restrictor. This prevents the door from opening more than 90 degrees, if it was to get caught in the wind for example. The arm can also be easily detached to allow full opening of the door. The restrictor is easy to install and can be retrofitted on site.

Colours

Our Seasonmaster Aluna bifolds, French and single doors are available in any RAL colour upon request. The standard colours that we have in stock are Grey 7016 (Matte), Black 9005 (Matte), White 9016 (Gloss), Grey 7016 (Matte) on White 9016 (Gloss), Black 9005 (Matte) on White 9016 (Gloss), Textured Grey 7016 and Mill Finish.

THRESHOLDS AND CILLS

STANDARD THRESHOLD

The standard threshold (55mm) acts as a full weather break, keeping the property dry and warm regardless of outside elements. Recommended for external bifolding doors.

Seasonmaster Aluna Integrated Cill Threshold

INTEGRATED CILL AND THRESHOLD

Our integrated cill and threshold profile provides full weather rating on our lowest threshold and maximises the overall sash height of the door leaf. For ease of fabrication, the profile already has pre-drilled drainage slots along the inside face.

LOW THRESHOLD

Our Low Threshold (20mm) doesn't offer as much weather protection but creates a seamless look. Lower thresholds are less of a trip hazard than higher ones so are more suited for those with mobility issues or small children.

LOW THRESHOLD WITH REBATE

A 20mm rebate can be attached to our low threshold, making it only slightly higher at 40mm. The lip of the rebate gives extra weather protection against the elements.

When a threshold can’t be sunk below floor level and accessibility is required, a ramp can be added either side of the low threshold as an optional extra.

UNIVERSAL ALUMINIUM CILLS

Seasonmaster Alunet's range of universal aluminium cills with pre-drilled screw ports are compatible with most other door and window systems, as well as with our bifold system. Their main benefits are directing water away from brickwork while also offering an additional design element to the aesthetics of the door or window.

It is more robust than PVC alternatives and comes complete with plastic push-in colour matched end caps, in our stock colours, for a secure and sleek finish. Cill sizes are 90mm, 150mm, 190mm and 230mm. Available in Black, White, Anthracite Grey, textured Mill finish, and dual colours of White/Anthracite Grey and Black/White and can also be powder-coated in any RAL colour.
